About This Place

Located conveniently on South Kings Highway in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Lenny's Pancake House is a standout breakfast and buffet restaurant that caters to early risers and leisurely brunch-goers alike. Specializing in classic American breakfast fare, this local favorite invites guests to indulge in an enticing array of morning delights, with pancakes taking center stage. Whether you crave fluffy, golden pancakes piled high with syrup or prefer a made-to-order omelet crafted to your taste, Lenny’s delivers both comfort and quality in generous portions.

Step inside, and you’ll find a warm, inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a cozy family diner, paired with the vibrant energy of a well-loved buffet spot. The restaurant embraces a no-fuss, welcoming vibe—perfect for families, groups, or solo travelers looking for hearty, satisfying breakfast options. The buffet itself offers a thoughtfully curated selection, balancing quantity with quality. Guests can sample everything from classic eggs and crispy bacon to an impressive assortment of sweet treats and fresh fruit that brighten up the dining experience. The variety ensures there’s something for every palate, whether you lean toward savory or have a sweet tooth craving pancakes or pastries.

Customer feedback paints a vivid picture of what makes Lenny’s Pancake House a reliable choice in Myrtle Beach’s competitive breakfast scene. Diners appreciate the attentive service that strikes the perfect balance between friendliness and unobtrusiveness. Mohamed Osman highlights the “fantastic” experience with “exceptional” service and “made-to-order special omelets” that elevate the buffet beyond the usual. Similarly, Krystal McKinney calls it a “hidden gem,” praising the impressive food quality and the smiley, punctual service that made her visit “awesome.”

While some guests have noted the automatic 15% service fee added to the bill—a point of contention echoed in multiple reviews—there’s a consensus that the overall dining experience more than justifies the cost. Mark Moore describes it as a dependable, family-friendly spot with a “large selection for many different tastes” that fits right in with a resort-style breakfast buffet. Adam and Amber Vonstaden also point out that despite this policy, the food and atmosphere are strong enough to win over their approval.

In terms of value, Lenny’s Pancake House strikes a fine balance: about $18 per adult for an all-you-can-eat breakfast, with children under two dining free, making it a smart choice for families seeking generous portions without breaking the bank. The buffet’s ability to deliver both variety and consistently satisfying flavors underscores why many locals and visitors keep it on their list of go-to breakfast destinations.

If your ideal morning starts with hot, inviting dishes served in a fuss-free, cheerful setting where the aromas of buttery pancakes and sizzling eggs greet you at the door, Lenny’s Pancake House is well worth a visit. Whether you’re here for a quick bite or a leisurely breakfast buffet feast, this Myrtle Beach staple promises comfort, quality, and a welcoming place to start your day.

I see several reviews with low ratings, I guess this is partially due to the automatic service fee for tip. Overall not a bad place to eat in my opinion. I would argue that it's not the biggest breakfast buffet, although it had everything you would want. Basic breakfast bar with above average choice of sweet treats. Plenty of pancake options as well as a nice selection of fresh fruit. Clean and friendly atmosphere with farm house theme decor. The artwork is impressive and welcoming. The best part was the limited crowd here. To me it was worth the price to enjoy a nice laid back breakfast without the rush of many other places in Myrtle Beach. Plan on spending $30-$40 for 2 people.

Best breakfast food in town!! Delicious, hot food! Eggs were so bomb! Definitely recommend coming here! Only thing I didn't like was that on our check they added an automatic 15% tip and that's never okay to charge without our choice! First of all it's your choice to tip, secondly, I would have tipped great regardless because of the food and service was wonderful but NOT giving me a CHOICE on HOW MUCH I want to TIP is NEVER OKAY! So that is my reason for the 4 stars only.

Food was pretty decent for all you can eat. Large selection for many different tastes. Great family atmosphere. About what you would expect from a resort type breakfast buffet. Got a bit crowded but it was July 4th week when we visited.... More about quantity than quality but I'd return and eat there again .. About $18 per adult, under 2 eats free...

This place is a hidden gem! Food quality was amazing, and the assortment of options was impressive. Service was with a smile and punctual. We were able to walk right in and eat with no wait (probably because no one knows about this place) and our experience was awesome! I highly recommend this buffet to anyone who likes great food with matching service.
